Finance Specialist MEX

Objective
The Financial Specialist supports the Foreign Trade area by ensuring compliance with international trade and tax regulations. Due to the recent tariff measures announced by President Trump, this role is critical in analyzing regional content, managing certifications, and guaranteeing cost-free exports for clients, maintaining the company’s position as a reliable supplier.
Main Responsibilities
- Review and validate regional content for each product.
- Issue Certificates of Origin to customers in compliance with trade agreements.
- Manage and control Annex 24 and 30 documentations.
- Update and maintain VAT Certification records.
- Prepare economic and financial reports related to foreign trade.
- Advise internal departments on import/export operations and ensure compliance with current regulations.
- Support implementation of new tariff and customs regulations.
Position Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Law, International Business, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5–6 years in Foreign Trade, Finance, or Customs.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of national and international trade laws and regulations.
- Experience with SAP and customs management systems.
- Proficiency in financial and economic reporting.
- Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, negotiation, communication, adaptability, and cross-cultural awareness.
- Language: Advanced English
