Objective

This position will support the Financial Planning Department coordinating annual Budget, Business Plan process and Financial Projections, develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives, provide accurate and high-quality financial information to Finance Director and Executive Management

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Weekly Control Panel report with main KPI’s to MEX/US Management.
  • Weekly US Operations meeting result consolidation with Plant Managers, Controllers and OPS/Finance Directors.
  • Monthly Results consolidation of P&L and all components of FCF (NWC, Capex, Taxes), EBITDA Walk.
  • Prepare weekly forecasts tying estimated EBITDA.
  • Coordinate and Consolidate Business plan and budget. Challenge Finance & Plant Managers regarding budget development and target setting.
  • Support on savings reporting to Global Team.
  • Tooling NWC management support and accounting.
  • Standard monthly journal entries and journal processes for Tooling/Product Development/Staff.
  • Evaluation and implementation of projects to streamline and automate systems/process that will improve the effectiveness of financial, budget and forecasting reporting processes in partnership with IT.

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance or Accounting or related field
  • Two-year of previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Advanced English
