Financial Planning Sr Specialist

 

Objective

Coordinate and consolidate financial and non-finacial information to elaborate global presentations and reports.

Provide accurate, timely and high quality financial analysis and reports to advice management

Support on Budget & Financial Projections Processes.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • SRM / SP / Expense Request / NCMO / Capex approval process for Global Staff areas
  • Flash calculation for Equivalent Volume Figures
  • Budget process for Global Staff departments
  • Outlook process for Global Staff costs
  • Flash reporting of Global Staff payroll and Expenses
  • Cost control of Global Staff areas and reclassification
  • Tech Center Capitalizations
  • Budget coordination for consolidated Net Working Capital
  • Consolidated outlook of Net Working Capital
  • Flash reporting of Consolidated NWC
  • Net Working Capital actuals tracking and reporting
  • Support and maintenance of Jedox tool
  • Coordination and support to Product Profitability Project
  • Support in the creation of Top-Management presentations (Monthly / BOD / ETMs)
  • TMO Inventories optimization leader

 

Position Requirements

  • Career: Engineer, Finance (LAE/LAF), Accountant
  • Master in Finance or MBA
  • Experience: From 3 to 5 years in Finance/Controlling, Reporting, Project Management, Financial Planning
  • Software: MS Office, Excel, SAP, BW
  • English advance required.
