Global AI Development Analyst
Objective
The Generative AI Analyst is responsible for building and deploying Generative AI-based solutions that address real operational challenges across manufacturing and business environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can eliminate inefficiencies, augment human capabilities, and unlock new levels of productivity across shop floor operations and production processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Leverage state-of-the-art Generative AI models to design and build AI-powered solutions tailored to manufacturing operations}
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify use cases where Generative AI can automate, augment, or accelerate decision-making and knowledge work.
- Build and maintain prompt engineering frameworks, evaluation benchmarks, and guardrails to ensure reliable and safe GenAI outputs.
- Integrate Generative AI capabilities into NORIS (MES) and other digital platforms via APIs, agents, or embedded assistants.
- Curate, prepare, and govern domain-specific datasets (technical documents, SOPs, sensor logs) for model training, retrieval, and grounding.
- Monitor deployed GenAI solutions for output quality, hallucination rates, latency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Document GenAI architectures, prompt libraries, agent workflows, and integration patterns to enable team collaboration and reproducibility
- Stay current on advancements in foundation models, multimodal AI, and agentic frameworks relevant to industrial and enterprise environments
- Develop AI-powered interfaces — chatbots, copilots, and natural language dashboards — that allow plant floor and office users to query systems using plain language.
- Ensure responsible and compliant use of Generative AI, including data privacy, IP protection, output explainability, and adherence to internal AI governance policies
