Global IT Controlling Sr Specialist 

 

Objective

Lead the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of SAP Controlling solutions to optimize global finance and controlling processes. Ensure system reliability, data integrity, compliance, and process standardization while supporting digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP Controlling implementation, enhancement, and rollout projects in global environments.
  • Analyze business requirements and design SAP Controlling solutions aligned with finance and controlling processes.
  • Provide functional support to business stakeholders by troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP Controlling and other SAP modules and business applications.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards, financial regulations, and data governance policies.
  • Drive process optimization and digitalization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate system testing, validation, and documentation to ensure successful solution delivery and system quality.
  • Support system upgrades, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives across global operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to key users and support teams when required.

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP CO and SAP FI solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of finance, controlling, costing processes, SAP integrations, and global business processes.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Technical Competences: SAP CO, FI, Financial & Cost Controlling Processes, SAP System Integration, Business Process Analysis, Testing & Validation, Project Management.
  • Soft Competences: Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Stakeholder Management, Collaboration, Communication, Project Management, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Focus.
  • Language: English (Advanced / Full Professional Proficiency).
