IT Governance & Budget Analyst
Objective
Responsible for ensuring that resources are managed effectively and align with strategic goals. Oversee the implementation and compliance of IT governance frameworks, managing IT budgets, and optimizing financial resources to support organization's initiatives. Ensure to deliver value, mitigate risks, and guarantee compliance to regulatory requirements and corporate policies. Enhance operational efficiency and financial transparency.

- Main Responsibilities
- Implement, audit and enhance IT governance policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational objectives at global and BU level; including industry best practices & benchmark. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain an efficient IT governance structure.
- Develop, monitor, and manage the IT Americas budget in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Analyze financial and service utilization data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization. Provide proactive recommendations for budget adjustments based on business needs.
- Ensure IT policies and practices comply with relevant regulations, audit standards and industry standards. Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT governance and budgetary processes. Support audit activities (e.g. TISAX, Global FM, Delloitte, etc...) regarding IT Governance and Operation for America's Plants.
- Collaborate with IT leaders, department heads, and finance teams to understand business needs and align IT investment initiatives with strategic goals. Communicate budgetary information and governance policies effectively to various stakeholders.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of IT governance and budget management processes. Regularly report on the performance of IT initiatives and budgetary adherence.
- Work with procurement teams to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective vendor relationships. Evaluate vendor performance and adherence to contractual agreements.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years knwoledge Multinational Enterprises, Project Management, Budgeting Management, IT Governance frameworks
- Certification -Negotiations certificates or training courses: desirable
- English - Proficient
