Global IT Human Resources Sr Specialist

 

Objective

Ensure the stability, accuracy, and compliance of MX payroll system and its integrations. Overseeing HR applications and Demand Management for MX. Providing global support for HR interfaces across Human Capital Management system modules and regional payroll systems.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • MX Payroll Integration Ownership: Primary owner, monitoring, troubleshooting, and validating all integrations to ensure errorfree payroll execution. Collaborate closely with MX Payroll, HR Operations, IT and Vendors to resolve issues.
  • Demand & Portfolio Management: Manage demand intake for MX HR applications and payrollrelated enhancements.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog and roadmap aligned with business needs and global HR digital strategy.
  • Run & Improve HR Applications / Analytics: Ensure stability and performance of MX HR applications. Lead incident, and problem management. Track and improve SLAs/KPIs, especially around payrollcritical periods.
  • Global Support for HR Interfaces: Provide ongoing support for integrations & replication processes. Partner with Global IT & Vendors to ensure integration fixes. Participate in global initiatives for standardize, automate and monitor interfaces.
  • Data Governance & Analytics: Ensure HR data quality, lineage, and security, especially where it impacts MX payroll or global integrations. Support MX analytics initiatives and ensure consistent KPI usage (Power BI, dashboards, etc.).
  • Security, Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with MX payroll regulations and global standards. Support internal/external audits involving payrollcritical integrations.
  • Vendor Management (VMO): Manage vendors supporting MX payroll interfaces and global integrations. Oversee contract compliance, SLAs, and performance.
  • Change Management & Training: Lead communication, UAT, and training efforts for updates affecting MX payroll or integrations. Maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
  • HR–IT Governance & Collaboration: Operate within global HR–IT governance frameworks (SLAs, KPIs, RACI).
  • Collaborate with HR Operations MX, COEs, SSC, global HRIS, and integration teams.
  • Project Management: Plan and execute HRIS upgrade projects and system integrations.

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Administration required; Master’s desired.
  • SAP HCM certification required; MX Payroll and Business Process Analyst certifications desired.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT landscape, SAP HCM/Payroll/Time, SuccessFactors Employee Central and integrations.
  • 4+ years with SAP Integration Suite (CPI/IBTP) and Project & Change Management.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Projects) and SAP Module expertise.
  • English proficiency required; German intermediate desired.
