Objective

Support the global evolution of Purchasing IT solutions by translating business needs into effective P2P and ERP process improvements, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure reliable service delivery, successful implementation, and alignment across regions.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • ERP Purchasing project management and execution globally.
  • ERP Purchasing end-user support coordination.
  • ERP Purchasing-related analysis for potential solutions.
  • Manage EDI with Vendors (project implementation).
  • Global process & systems alignment to purchasing strategy.
  • Manage systems support on strategic purchasing functionality such as supplier lifecycle management and material group management.
  • Integration of global purchasing strategy with local execution.

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP MM / MM-PUR processes, including Purchasing, Stock Management, MRP, Invoice Verification, and Valuation.
  • Strong experience in SAP MM-PUR configuration and process design.
  • Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industries, including Scheduling Agreements, Subcontracting, and EDI processes.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications for ABAP developments.
  • Knowledge of FI/CO integrations and ERP MM/PP touchpoints is desirable.
  • Advanced English and proficiency in MS Office tools.
