Global Organizational Planning & Design Specialist
Objective
- Support in global organizational planning and design governance, to ensure effective workforce planning and organizational structures, aligned with technological and data-driven solutions to meet current and future business needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven solutions for the automation of monitoring main KPIs to guarantee success of CoE models and support decision making, in collaboration with IT BI and IT HR (OP&D Dashboard, Workforce Metric Manual, HR MoRe, etc.)
- Responsible for data request, lead consolidation / data analytics and management, to respond in timely manner to global HR data / reporting / certifications / auditing requests, facilitated by automated solutions in EC / TMS supported by IT HR
- Lead and assure Job Description / Profiles global governance and its proper documentation in HR systems (TMS / HUB). Lead process for Global Staff positions in its update and completion / documentation.
- Collect regional and local inputs to implement guidelines, governance mechanisms and standardized processes for the CoE.
- Ensure global compliance with the Position Management and Personnel Administration framework, processes, and standards by monitoring its adoption, ensuring sustainability, identifying issues and best practices for continuous improvement.
- Support in analyzing organizational structures, including blueprints, spans of control, reporting relationships, roles and responsibilities, and overall alignment with established OP&D standards, to be shared with business leaders.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related careers.
- Skills: Assertiveness, effective communication, interpersonal relations, collaboration, analytical, planning, organizing, proactive, process & governance management.
- Technical skills: Data analysis - critical thinking, Database management, Excel (Advanced), Success Factors, HR functional knowledge, Project Management.
- English: Advanced or proficient level required.
