Global Organizational Planning & Design Specialist

Objective
The Global Organizational Planning & Design Specialist supports global organizational planning and design governance to ensure effective workforce planning and organizational structures aligned with current and future business needs. The role focuses on data-driven insights, standardized processes, and continuous improvement across regions.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze and align organizational structures with global OP&D standards.
- Support the implementation of organizational design guidelines and governance frameworks.
- Develop and maintain global Position Management processes ensuring regional alignment.
- Support Workforce Planning processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor global KPIs and target actions, identifying risks and deviations.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data, executing adjustments when needed.
- Manage global governance and documentation of Job Descriptions and Position Profiles in HR systems.
- Support benchmarking activities and maintain updated OP&D policies and documentation.
Position Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, human resources, or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in talent management, workforce planning and position management, data analytics and general HR experience.
- Technical Skills: SuccessFactors (TMS / EC), advanced excel and data analysis, project management tools
- Languages: Advanced English (required)
- Soft Skills: effective communication, planning and organization, process management and governance, stakeholder management
