HR Services Sr Specialist MEX

Objective
Provide quality employee experiences through various services that contribute to a positive work environment, driving employee satisfaction through continuous improvement and the development of new offerings, while maintaining effective communication between the Company and the Union to ensure positive and stable labor relations.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality food and products by monitoring sales, employee shifts, and preferences; obtain the annual Distintivo H certification.
- Ensure transportation services arrive on time and as scheduled; continuously identify opportunities for process reengineering and route optimization.
- Promote a culture of health and wellness through various food offerings, including cafeterias, Sigma outlets, Healthy Corners, Snack Corners, vending machines, and wellness challenges.
- Provide Nemak Mexico employees with access to essential city services and resources.
- Manage and control budgets and expenses for Nemak Mexico.
- Manage and oversee cost-saving initiatives and projects across Nemak Mexico.
- Implement market trends and strategies to enhance employee services and organizational offerings.
Position Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business (or related field).
- Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in Logistics, Industrial Cafeteria Management, Employee Transportation Management & Continuous Improvement Projects
- Certifications: NOM-251 and Distintivo H.
- Experience: Health and Safety Regulations, Logistics, Personnel Administration, Budget Management
- Technical Knowledge:
- Expertise: Industrial cafeterias, employee transportation, and labor unions.
- Safety and Health Standars
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, Financial Planning, Change Management, problem-solving, and Negotiating.
- Languages: Advanced English (oral and written).
