HRBP Manager Machining

 

Objective

Lead the strategic function of the HR department, improving the productive contribution of the human resources through planning, organization, and control of technical and administrative processes, implementing actions for the optimization of their performance and development, with the correct headcount according to the plant needs and the corresponding union relationship.

           

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the Talent Cycle programs to ensure that employees are recruited, managed, organized, developed, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with Nemak's HR strategy.
  • Ensure the recruitment process is conducted efficiently and cost-effectively
    Drive organizational development initiatives through change management, supporting functional areas effectiveness and company transformation.
  • Accountable for HR services that promote communication, wellbeing, approachability and social development.
  • Ensure the right usage of HR tools and support regional use of the same to ensure data integrity and standardization.
  • Promote an engaging and wellbeing environment.
  • Liaise with functional leaders to develop and define succession plans that are appropriate for the business needs, and consistent with the organization's overall HR strategy.
  • Promote the organization's Performance Management programs to enable employees to perform the best of their abilities and potential.
  • Conduct effective compensation and recognition systems that reward people for their contributions.
  • Implement organizational design elements in line with HR strategy that norm structure design and define it. Execute organizational changes and communication sequence.
    Nemak Values Champion and guardian, ensure Transparency Line cases investigation and resolution.
  • Lead and execute the Succession Planning / People Planning yearly process to identify key talent within the Organization, Support Leader with guidance and advisory regarding decision making.
  • Fulfill HR KPI´s (Turnover, absenteeism, etc.)

 

Position Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in administration, Human Resources, Business, Engineering; MBA Desired.
  • At least 7 years of experience as Manager on diverse HR roles related to HRBP and/or Talent Development and/or Organizational Planning & Design and/or Labor Relations.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing labor unions and employee relations.
  • Experience in automotive/manufacturing, with multi-plant management responsibility.
  • Certifications Desired: Project Management, Change Management, Organizational Development
  • Knowledge of SAP Payroll & Success Factor HR platforms and/or other HR platforms (Workday, Oracle, etc).
  • Behavioral Skills: Organized, Results Oriented, Strategic Vision, Team Player, Collaborative, People Development, Customer Focus, Cross-cultural Versatility, Communication skills, Analytics, Flexibility.
  • English advance required.
