HRBP Specialist 

 

Objective

Oversee operations and ensure that proper level of HR KPIs is achieved to ensure business success.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Recommend Effectively manage Human Resources
  • Ensuring the incorporation of employed personnel according to the position profile and needs of the organization, through a compensation scheme that complies with internal equity and competitiveness policies.
  • Contribute to promoting and creating a healthy Company-Worker-Union work environment.
  • Correct and timely application of the Internal Labor Policies and Regulations and the Management of the Labor Model.
  • Maintaining adequate communication between the members of the company and the union to ensure job stability.

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or similar.
  • Advanced English
  • 5 Years of experience as HRBP / Generalist Role
