HRBP Specialist

 

Objective

Act as a key strategic and operational partner to functional leaders, facilitating the effective implementation of Human Resources policies, practices, and processes aligned with the organizational strategy. Ensure a strong connection between business needs and employee expectations, driving talent development, organizational efficiency, and the achievement of key performance indicators and departmental objective.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure that team roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and accurately reflect the activities being performed.
  • Support the management and ongoing update of the organizational structure, ensuring proper resource allocation aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of talent development strategies, including the identification of key positions, replacement charts, and succession plans.
  • Manage employee compensation levels, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness in accordance with market standards
  • Ensure the organization's compensation policies are applied effectively.
  • Foster a strong, healthy organizational culture aligned with corporate values, promoting positive labor relations at all levels.
  • Ensure effective coordination and communication with the union committee, promoting an informed and collaborative dialogue.
  • Monitor and follow up on key people metrics using HR platforms and information systems.
  • Support the definition and implementation of action plans focused on the continuous improvement of key HR indicators (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, performance, work climate).
  • Provide timely support to employee needs related to HR transactions, labor-related cases, services, and internal processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact to ensure a positive employee experience throughout the employee life cycle.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (preferably Organizational or Occupational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources / Human Capital Management, Industrial or Labor Relations, Industrial Engineering (with experience in people management or change processes).

Technical Skills: Experience in change management, organizational culture, compensation and benefits certifications, organizational design, and labor relations.

Language: Advanced English proficiency required. Superior communications and presentation skills are strongly preferred.

Experience: Human Resources 4 to 6 years; experience in plant or industrial environment 2 to 3 years; labor relations/ case management 1.5 to 2 years. Talent Management and development for 1 to 2 years; participation in charge and culture projects. HR processes (SAP, pre-payroll, 2 to 3 years
