HRBP Sr. Specialist
Objective
The HRBP Sr. serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, enabling organizational effectiveness through people strategies, talent management, and cultural development. This role plays a critical part in aligning human resources practices with business objectives, ensuring long-term growth and sustainability while fostering a high-performance culture.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborates with leadership teams to design and execute HR strategies that directly support business priorities, both short- and long-term.
- Advisory & Guidance: Provides expert counseling and recommendations to leaders and line managers in all HR-related areas (performance, employee relations, compensation, compliance, etc.) to drive informed decision-making.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversees the full talent lifecycle (hire-to-retire), ensuring attraction, retention, and development of top talent while building succession pipelines.
- Culture & Engagement: Leads initiatives to enhance organizational culture, strengthen employee engagement, and increase retention through proactive people strategies and recognition programs.
- Capability Building: Identifies organizational and individual training needs, designs and evaluates development programs, and ensures continuous learning to build future-ready capabilities.
- Collaboration with HR CoEs: Partners with Centers of Expertise to localize and implement global processes, ensuring compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement across HR practices.
- Organizational Design & Effectiveness: Ensures optimal organizational structures and workforce planning to meet evolving business needs, supporting efficiency and agility.
- Change Management: Acts as a change agent, driving transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, and supporting leaders in managing transitions effectively.
- Employee Relations & Well-being: Promotes healthy working relationships, conflict resolution, and a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment aligned with company values.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology
- 4-5 years in similar roles as HRBP / Generalist Role
- Strategic planning and attention to detail. Strong communication and a customer-focused mindset. Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills. Proactive mindset with continuous improvement orientation
- Language: English (full bilingual proficiency)
