HRBP Sr Specialist Global Staff
Objective
Responsible for guarantee the support to business leaders and teams applying and evolving the HR corporate standard practices in terms of talent and organizational management.
Being a proactive actor in strengthen partnerships across the HR function, (other HRBPs, Center of Excellence and Shared Services Center) to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Partner support for the VPs organizations covering the full talent management cycle.
- Ensure that the best candidates are selected for each role and that the recruitment process is conducted efficiently and cost-effectively. Develop and implement the Global Staff onboarding programs and transition plans for candidates, to integrate them in the organization and/or in their new role.
- Identify the learning and development needs of the employees so that the skills and performance of employees meet the organization’s current and future requirements.
- Liaise with functional leaders to develop and define succession plans that are appropriate for the business needs, and consistent with the organization’s overall human resources strategy.
- Implements organizational design in line with HR strategy. Execute organizational changes and communication sequence supporting the leaders to drive and manage the changes.
- Drive organizational development initiatives through change management, supporting functional areas effectiveness and company transformation.
- Promote de organization's Performance Management programs to enable employees to perform the best of their abilities and potential.
- Conduct effective compensation and recognition systems that reward people for their contributions.
- This position will have a 6 month Onboarding process in the organization collaborating on key projects related to Talent Attraction and Diversity and Inclusion:
- Kick off of Female Leadership Journey Program
- Kick off of Mentoring Program for Female Talent
- International Women’s Day Awareness Campaign and Activities
- Top Employers certification results consolidation and kick off of 2024 cycle
Position Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, General Engineering, Advocacy/Law, Communication, International Relations, Engineerings
- Master’s degree desirable
- At least 5 years of experience on diverse HR roles related to HRBP and/or Talent Development and/or Organizational Planning & Design and/or Labor Relations.
- Global Companies Experience is a differentiated.
- Software: Success factors, SAP, MS Excel and Power Point
- Behavioral Skills: Organized, Results Oriented, Strategic Vision, Team Player, Collaborative, People Development, Customer Focus, Cross-cultural Versatility, Communication skills, Analytics, Flexibility..
- English advance required and Spanish is a differentiation.
