HSE Contractors Manager
Objective
Manage contractors and external services enter daily to facilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Management and administration of contractors at executive and/or managerial level.
- Management and administration of standards, procedures and legal requirements applicable to contractors and emergency areas.
- Knowledge and experience in the operation and key safety points of machinery, equipment and rescue systems. Redesign risk management measures to incorporate into the contractor management program
- Determine the criteria for prequalifying approved vendors from HSE perspective.
- Clearly outline the performance, documentation, and training standards that contractors need to comply
- Implement Contractors management Program and develop an evaluation system to measure results and develop a continues improvement program.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree bachelor’s degree in mechanical industrial Engineer or civil engineer.
- Knowledge: OSHA 510 certification, Emergency management and administration, Official Mexican Standards for Safety and Health at Work, International safety standards OSHA, NFPA, ANSI.
- Languages: English advanced, (desirable)
- Experience: 4+ years leading projects.
