HSE Specialist Global
Objective
To support the implementation of a global HSE management system with detailed analysis of HSE statistics related to accidents, incidents, health reports, property loss and general HSE non-conformance. To assist the Global Director of HSE with global statistical analysis of health, safety and environment performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the global analysis of HSE statistical information.
- GHG Emission accounting and verification
- Manage the global HSE Management Software ensuring it is fit for purpose and complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure full roll out and implementation of the HSE management software across all regions.
- Develop training programs to ensure adoption and understanding of the global HSE Management Software. Present training programs as required.
- Develop through HSE software an audit program including corrective action tracking and closure
Position Requirements
- Education required: Bachelor’s Degree Complete.
- Languages: English proficiency (reports to US manager)
- Experience Required:
1+ year Management in recordkeeping/accident control
1+ Safety key performance indicators
1+ Development of HSE software’s
1+ year HSE & Sustainability
