HTT Intern MEX

 

Objective

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Heat Treatment area, supporting engineering projects that contribute to operational excellence and manufacturing efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate improvement activities, analyze processes using quantitative methods, and support decision-making through data analysis. Develop technical and professional skills while contributing to projects that create value for the organization.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Support continuous improvement projects in the Heat Treatment area.
  • Coordinate engineering activities to ensure timely execution of assigned projects.
  • Apply quantitative methods and linear programming techniques to support engineering analysis and process optimization.
  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Monitor project progress and provide follow-up on action plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain engineering documentation and project records.
  • Build strong relationships with internal customers to support continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Position Requirements

  • Education required: Active college student with at least one-year left before graduation.
  • Careers: Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering
  • Desirable knowledge: Linear Programming, Quantitative Methods, Data Analysis, Microsoft Excel.
  • Currently residing in Nuevo León, Mexico (mandatory).
  • English advanced
