IMS HPDC Leader

 

Objective

Responsible for provide and Lead projects that generate CAPEX Savings in Nemak plants.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop Technical Team to Meet IMS requirements in HPDC with global scope.
  • Provide Technical Guidance for High Impact Capex Optimization Projects.
  • Creation of Engineering proposals to solve Manufacturing Needs in HPDC (Relocations / Peripherals cell integration / Increase Machines Capacities / Develop internal Solutions).
  • Develop with his/her team, detailed design, and construction of HPDC Machine.
  • Implement a Strategy to comply with legal and regulatory requirements that apply in the construction of equipment for other sites.

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in mechanical &Electrical Eng. / Mechatronics Eng. / Electronic Eng.
  • Deep Knowledge in Quality cells Technologies (Vision Systems / Gages / Leak Testers / Servo actuators)
  • Deep Knowledge in Automation and Controls (Robots , PLCs & Servosystems )
  • Deep Knowledge in HSE requirements
  • Deep Knowledge in Hydraulics servosystems and Pneumatic Systems
  • General Knowledge in mechanical & Electrical design Calculations
  • Project Management
  • Leadership Ability
  • Easy adaption with other cultures and countries
  • New technology Introduction
  • Ability to analyze problems
  • Dedicated and Responsible
  • Experience 8-10 Years in similar Functions
  • English Advanced
