IT Applications Specialist (RPA Projects)
Objective
Design and oversee the implementation of efficient and scalable RPA solutions within Nemak and oversee and manage the implementation of RPA projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate, document, and manage all RPA processes to ensure compliance with policies, best practices, and procedures and consistently deliver value for the Nemak enterprise.
- Coordination of the external team of application development services (Software Factories), always ensuring the quality of deliverables and services following the expectations of the Nemak Global organization and ITIL standards- Verify and manage the proper functioning of the Global Applications RPA infrastructure. Keep infrastructure up-to-date, secure, and available by relying on third-party consultants to perform required infrastructure actions.
- Outline the strategy for scaling the RPA solution to accommodate increasing automation needs and business growth.
- Support and Ticketing follow-up with the AMS team, ensuring the compliance and the utilization of the Nemak ITSMS platform.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in ISC or BS Computer Science Required.
- Knowledge in UiPath (UiPath Orchestrator and Studio), Project Management Vendor Management, Agile Frameworks (SCRUM, XP, etc)
- 3- 5 years of experience in Applications Support, Software Factories, UiPath Developer Knowledge, Agile Frameworks ( SCRUM, XP, etc), Infrastructure, Project Management.
- Behavioral Skills: Assertive, Multitasking, analysis & problem solving, Team player, sense of urgency, entrepreneurship, Work under pressure, Customer oriented Self-directed.
- English advance required.
