IT Business Intelligence Intern

Objective
This position will focus on the design, documentation, and implementation of the BI & Innovation strategy to be more efficient, increase customer satisfaction & help us grow.
Main Responsibilities
- Bring new technology trends, introduce them to Nemak and see if there is a value proposition, (Generative AI, ML, Digital Twin, etc.)
- Document organizational process assets in technology evaluation framework, toolkits, and templates for BI & Innovation.
- BI & Data Tools changeover that will require training and this new position will help us be more efficient, increase customer satisfaction & help us grow.
- BI Customer Support.
Position Requirements
- Education required: College student.
- Career: Engineering, TI or related careers
- Software: Basic Project Management Microsoft Office Suite, Basic SQL, Basic Tableu, Basic PowerBI.
- Skills: Communication skills, Leadership, Organized, Analytical, Critical thinking, Problem solving.
- English advanced
