IT HR Applications Leader
Objective
Define To Be process and procedures definitions for Human Resources to facilitate Nemak Agile Organization Center of excellence adoption, Regional Center of Scale implementation and the definition and deployment of IT requirements ensuring their integration to the global Nemak IT landscape.
Main Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the Human Resources To Be process and procedures definitions based on best practices and Nemak specific needs. Support the Center of Scale implementation for Americas and Europe unifying the transactional procedures for the regions and ensuring its alignment to the global strategy.
- Prioritize, define, and deploy Human Resources IT requirements together with the HR leaders. Elaborate on the solution design, implementation strategy, enablement, and adoption.
- Continuous research of innovative technologies and provide recommendations to the Center of Excellence to optimize the current systems and processes, leveraging value proposition and increased efficiency.
- Propose and develop a Key Performance Indicators set to monitor systems and processes performance, usage and value delivered.
- Develop with the HR stakeholders the knowledge transfer strategy and support on learning activities to achieve sustainability of the CoEs knowledge.
- Support the End-to-End integration of the HR processes with other related areas.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor required for Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineer, Accountant, Business administration or related. MBA master desired.
- Behavioral skills: Problem analysis, self-control, innovative, self-motivation, communication (oral and writing), flexible, self-confidence, patience, work under pressure, organized and structured thinking.
- Leadership competences: Assertiveness and Courage, Influence and Persuasion, Global Perspective, People Development and Strategic Vision.
- Core competences: Innovation, Collaboration, Change Management, Customer Focus and Results Oriented.
- Experience required: 5- 7 years’ experience: SAP HR Systems, Success Factors, Employee Central, Project Management, IT HR Team Lead
- Shared Service Center Implementation desired, Center of Excellence & Best Practices desired, Payroll Systems desired, Robotic Process Automation desired.
- English advanced required.
- German basic desired.
