L&D Instructional Design Specialist Americas

 

Objective

 

Support in the elaboration of learning experiences, based on the needs of the company, support the development of the competencies and skills of Nemak's employees, as well as the follow-up of training programs

 

Main Responsibilities

           

  • Design Learning experiences, transforming the business objectives to learning objectives.
  • Work with sponsors and content experts to create material in different scenarios or locations types.                                     
  • Follow-up of the learning sessions at Nemak Academies.
  • Administration of the learning items at LMS.
  • Give support to the digital transformation of the company by creating e-learning for different regions and experts.
  • Benchmark with L&D Global team for the content development and standardization.

  • Storyboarding
  • Storytelling
  • E-learning Softwares
