Objective

Support lean engineer on time studies, balance workloads, follow up on optimization implementation and standardization.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Support lean engineer on time studies, balance workloads.
  • Follow up on optimization implementation and standardization.
  • Support on continuous improvement material flow routes (forklift and alternative equipments).
  • Follow up in different Kaizen actions in the industry.
  • Continuous improvement projects with focus on waste elimination.
  • Operations support for KPI compliance (OEE, Mhpc, JPH).

 

Position Requirements

  • Career: Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and related careers. (5th to 8th semester)
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office
  • Behavioral Skills: Proactive, responsible, problem-solving.
  • English advanced
