Objective
Support lean engineer on time studies, balance workloads, follow up on optimization implementation and standardization.
Main Responsibilities
- Support lean engineer on time studies, balance workloads.
- Follow up on optimization implementation and standardization.
- Support on continuous improvement material flow routes (forklift and alternative equipments).
- Follow up in different Kaizen actions in the industry.
- Continuous improvement projects with focus on waste elimination.
- Operations support for KPI compliance (OEE, Mhpc, JPH).
Position Requirements
- Career: Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and related careers. (5th to 8th semester)
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Office
- Behavioral Skills: Proactive, responsible, problem-solving.
- English advanced
