Lean Intern
Objective
Support Lean manufacturing team responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Tracks and maintains the plan improvement action items and create action plans to complete the open items to improve the performance visibility for leadership teams in metrics.
- Support lean core tool implementations and continuous improvement actions and monitors continued practice and updates the training or actions as needed to meet company goals.
Position Requirements
- Engineering IIS, IMA, Mechatronics
- Software: MS Excel and Power Point, Tableu
- Behavioral Skills: Discipline, Proactivity and Problem-Solving
- English required
