Lean Manager

 

Objective

Generating economic value for Nemak shareholders and customers by creating value flow in manufacturing processes by applying lean tools and continuous improvement management processes.

 

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement systems and tools lean (generate culture), for the different processes. Continuous training to achieve a high level of implementation of the systems and application of the tools Lean.
  •  Audit and monitor system standards by giving feedback and generating commitment to discipline.
  • Detect problems in the application of the systems, analyze and find the best ways to do the work and documenting those improvements in the system.
  •  Achieve the performance levels of the business unit according to the planned objectives.

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or other).
  • Experience required: 8 -10 years’ experience as Lean Manager.
  • Behavioral skills: Structured and organized, Innovation and creativity, Collaboration, Customer focus and Cross-cultural versatility.
  • English advanced required.
