Objective

This internship is designed for students looking to gain hands-on experience in global Learning & Development. The role will support mandatory training campaigns, learning platform administration, digital content updates, translations, reports, and learning-related support requests, helping ensure a consistent learning experience for employees across different regions.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Support global mandatory training campaigns related to Compliance, Cybersecurity, D&I, and HSE.
  • Help manage training assignments and follow up on completion progress across different regions.
  • Prepare weekly reports to share training status and progress with internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the translation process for global digital learning content with regional reviewers.
  • Help update online learning materials, such as courses, videos, guides, policy documents, and onboarding content.
  • Support the administration of external learning platforms, including user groups, licenses, and content organization.
  • Follow up on learning-related support requests to help improve the employee learning experience.

 

Position Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency is a must.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with at least one year remaining before graduation.
  • Intermediate Excel, data management skills, and ability to navigate different digital platforms and tools.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive in follow-up, and able to communicate clearly in English and Spanish.
  • Availability for a full-time internship for at least one year under a hybrid work scheme in García, N.L.
