Legal Intern

Objective
To support the expansion of Legal Department's outreach across regions and business units and contributing to the intern’s career development through leadership and mentorship opportunities, while also enhancing its capabilities.
Main Responsibilities
- General Legal Support: Assist in a variety of legal matters including, but not limited to, drafting and reviewing contracts, supporting litigation and dispute resolution, addressing environmental legal matters, and handling legal aspects of credit agreements and other financing matters.
- Liaison with Governmental Agencies: Engage with various governmental bodies to handle bureaucratic procedures, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
- Operational Support: Help manage the volume of work arising from daily operations, focusing on clerical tasks that require quick turnaround. This includes tasks involving multiple issues and clients, with an emphasis on time-consuming activities and low-impact decision making.
- Skill and Behavior Development: Focus on developing both the technical legal skills and the professional behaviors that are displayed by the legal team, enhancing personal growth and team efficiency.
Position Requirements
- Education: Currently enrolled as a Law student with strong academic credentials (required)
- Skills: Organization and attention to detail, Active listening, Communication, Customer orientation, Interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in corporate law (desirable)
- High proficiency in English is required
- International experience is highly valued.
