MP&L Specialist MC

 

Objetive

 

Ensure compliance with the master production plan through the efficient and timely scheduling of Metal and Sands, while also maintaining the availability and flow of materials (sand, metal, and returns). This is achieved by using scheduling tools to guarantee operational continuity and meet the key tracking indicators in the Foundry Center and Fusion & Sands.

 

Develop and manage improvements to monitoring and information systems.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • “Master Production Schedule” Foundry Center / Fusion & Sands
  • Production Program for Sand Reclaimers
  • Return Collection Program (Risers, Flash, Scrap, Dross, etc.)
  • Distribution and Consumption Program for Scrap Pieces in Fusion Furnaces (PRN)
  • Raw Material (Sand) Appointment and Arrival Program
  • Report and Monitoring of Compliance with Production Programs for F&S / Foundry Center
  • Monitoring of Fusion Compliance and Metal Pumping
  • Physical Inventory Count of Raw Materials
  • Monitoring of Accuracy and Priorities in Casting Plant Molding
  • Analysis and Monitoring of Raw Material Inventory for Returns and Sands
  • Development of Sand Process Flow Diagrams
  • DDMRP (Demand Driven MRP) Calculation
  • Analysis and Issuance of “Focus Sands”
  • Program and Monitoring of Material Confinement
  • Analysis of Inventory Adjustments for Aluminum and Sands
  • Daily Production Report CF / F&S
  • Collaboration on Strategic Initiatives such as Sands & Metal Management System

 

 

Position Requirements

A. Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
B. Major: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with Administrative focus, Chemical Engineering, etc.
C. Technical Skills: Excel (Visual Basic), Linear Programming, Operations Research, Power BI / Tableau.
D. Languages: English.
E. Required Experience: 1–2 years in related areas (PC&L, Lean, Finance, Maintenance, etc.).
