MP&L Specialist
Objective
Develop and execute the production plan based on customer demand and plant capacity constraints, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage MRP processes and material requirements planning to guarantee timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing shortages, excess stock, and obsolescence risks.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with procurement, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure efficient material flow across the supply chain.
- Oversee customer order fulfillment, ensuring high performance in On-Time Delivery (OTD) and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze demand fluctuations, capacity constraints, and supply variability to adjust production schedules proactively.
- Track outbound logistics and shipments to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
- Identify and implement inventory optimization initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities in logistics processes.
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy and system integrity.
- Prepare and present performance reports and KPIs related to inventory, production compliance, and delivery performance.
- Support internal and external audits related to materials planning, inventory control, and logistics processes.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing projects; experience in automotive or metal-mechanical environments is desirable.
- Experience in Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environments (automotive preferred). Experience in customer-focused supply chain operations with strict delivery targets. Effective communication and stakeholder management across multiple functions. Results-oriented with a focus on efficiency, cost reduction, and service level improvement.
- Excel – intermediate
- Advance level of English (required).
