Maintenance Leader
Objective
Develop and manage a world-class maintenance system that increases the reliability and availability of assets, through the application of preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance methodologies, as well as the efficient management of human, technical and financial resources, ensuring operational continuity, cost optimization and business profitability within world-class standards (% RAV).
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the Safety, Health and Environment (HSE) culture in maintenance, ensuring compliance with standards, audits and safe working methods.
- Ensure the correct execution and continuous improvement of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, using tools such as FMEA and maintenance strategies by condition, frequency or failure.
- Support the analysis of failures in critical equipment, driving the improvement of reliability, maintainability and the TMEF and TMPR indicators.
- Lead continuous improvement projects, technological updating and participation in new product launches, integrating reliability criteria from the design.
- Efficiently manage the budget and maintenance resources, identifying opportunities for savings and cost control in coordination with Finance.
- Manage the talent in the maintenance area, ensuring adequate staffing, the development of skills and the correct allocation of personnel.
- Promote the responsible use of natural resources, energy savings and compliance with legal and environmental requirements.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical-Administrative Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related career.
- Master's degree in Mechanical-Administrative Engineering, Engineering or related areas (essential requirement).
- Minimum experience of 4 years in industrial maintenance, 2 years in manufacturing environments, 3 years in personnel management, and at least 2 years in budget management and production operations.
- Intermediate level English proficiency (reading, writing, and effective communication).
- Basic knowledge of German (desirable).
- Desirable certifications in Project Management, Equipment Reliability, and Troubleshooting.
