Maintenance Planning Engineer MC


Objective

Ensure the management of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of the assets within the BU, executing the programming of annual plans, as well as the assurance of refurbishment and labor, in turn the control of the budget assigned for the area along with its KPIs.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Administration and updating of information in SAP: creation and modification of workstations, equipment, route sheets, work orders, technical locations and bills of materials.
  • Maintenance planning and scheduling: generation of indicators, annual and weekly plans for preventive and corrective maintenance, printing of weekly plans, as well as notification, review and closure of work orders.
  • Management of spare parts and services: preparation of requests, follow-up and expediting of critical spare parts and services (MP, MC, MPD), registration of spare parts in warehouse, biweekly audits, reception and distribution of materials.
  • Coordination with purchases and suppliers to ensure efficient deliveries, including negotiations and follow-up of delivery times.
  • Service and budget control: management of manufacturing expenses for the fulfillment of objectives and release of service entry sheets (invoices).

 

Position Requirements

  • Career: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineer Administrator, or related
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Maintenance Repair, Planning and Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance, Knowledge and Implementation of Maintenance KPIs, Resource and Material Management and Data and/or Failure Analysis for Follow-up.
  • Technical skills: Office Management, Excel Outlook, Powerpoint, SAP Management, Programming and Coordination, Resource Optimization, Data Analysis and Monitoring, Effective Interdepartmental Communication, Continuous Improvement, Database Management and Interpretation, Effective Negotiation, Fast Learning / Self-Taught.
  • Soft Skills: Effective Communication, Teamwork, Adaptability, Service, Conflict Resolution, Empathy, Critical Thinking.
  • Intermediate-Advanced English
