Maintenance Supervisor

 

Objective

Manage corrective maintenance repair and new equipment spare parts, and support to maintenance of Nemak plants.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervision of corrective maintenance repairs.
  • Generation of new equipment spare parts registration
  • Support for preventive maintenance supervision
  • Perform frequent failure analysis and maintain mean time between failure targets
  • Participation in table failure table and equipment improvements
  • Reverse engineering of spare parts.

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical-mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering).
  • English desirable
  • Knowledge of C.N.C. Leak testing machines, vision systems.
  • Required Experience: Automotive industry, 5-axis machining centers, C.N.C. hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, electrical control, electronics, PLC SIEMENS STEP7, Tia Portal Siemens, AutoCAD, SAP-maintenance module, refrigeration, lighting.
