Manufacturing Digitalization Specialist

 

Objective

Spearhead the digital transformation of manufacturing processes, orchestrating seamless integration and problem-solving expertise to empower regions in deploying a dynamic global solution portfolio.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration of digital solutions with existing manufacturing systems and processes, ensuring seamless operation and data flow across all levels of production.
  • Analyze manufacturing workflows and identify opportunities for optimization through digitalization, automation, and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with software developers to design, develop, and implement custom software solutions tailored to the specific needs of the manufacturing environment.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digitalization initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to drive ongoing innovation and efficiency gains.
  • Establish data management protocols and analytics frameworks to capture, analyze, and leverage manufacturing data for informed decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, operations, and management, to drive alignment and coordination in digitalization efforts and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Provide training and support to manufacturing teams on the use of digital tools and technologies, ensuring effective adoption and utilization across the organization.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelors in engineering (IMT, IME, ITE, ITC, ITIC, IIS, IFI, IMA)
  • Good knowledge in SQL Understanding of Software Development Cycle
  • Entry level knowledge in full-stack programming
  • Basic skills in SCADA Software
  • Data Analytics
  • Project Management, Scrum/ Agile Presentations.
  • English Advanced
  • German Basic. (Desired)
