Metal Purchasing Specialist

 

Objective

Propose & manage purchasing performance data analytics to support enabling purchasing strategy and objectives.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Follow up price and weight differences
  • Payment issues with suppliers
  • Consolidation of information for supplier registration
  • Volume forecast consolidation
  • Purchase order creation and pipeline administration
  • Prices and market analysis
  • Weekly price communication
  • Deal sheet administration
  • Support requirement information from other areas (Finance, MP&L, Planning etc.).

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Industrial, Mechanical
  • Engineering).
  • 4-5 years 2 or more years in purchasing, finance or related areas
  • Strong knowledge in SAP experience, Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills, Tableau and Power apps skills.
  • Skills in project administration, negotiation, assertive communication, customer oriented, Excellent communication skills, Work under pressure, Results oriented
  • Languages: English Advanced
