New Programs Manager

 

Objective

Ensure quality of launched products, deliver products and prototyping on time, develop successful innovation projects.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure having adequate communication mechanisms between launch team and operations.
  • Ensure that each of the programs have the necessary resources to meet the KPIs.
  • Ensure program follow up meetings (NPR) with PMs
  • Support core teams in compliance with Excel / Phase Review.
  • Participate in meetings with our customers where some potential risk is present.
  • Monitor profitability of IRR programs.
  • Prepare reports such as: Programs and strategies to the Excomm, Top Focus & Bussiness Unit report.
  • Ensure IDP of each PM for development.
  • Ensure timely escalation to Sr Management when required.

 

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical or another related.
  • Experience: At least 5 years as Program Management, Operations, Project Management.
  • Skills: Problem Solving, Automotive Standards, Project Management, Financial Planning, Manufacturing Process
  • English advance required.
