New Programs Manager
Objective
Ensure quality of launched products, deliver products and prototyping on time, develop successful innovation projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure having adequate communication mechanisms between launch team and operations.
- Ensure that each of the programs have the necessary resources to meet the KPIs.
- Ensure program follow up meetings (NPR) with PMs
- Support core teams in compliance with Excel / Phase Review.
- Participate in meetings with our customers where some potential risk is present.
- Monitor profitability of IRR programs.
- Prepare reports such as: Programs and strategies to the Excomm, Top Focus & Bussiness Unit report.
- Ensure IDP of each PM for development.
- Ensure timely escalation to Sr Management when required.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical or another related.
- Experience: At least 5 years as Program Management, Operations, Project Management.
- Skills: Problem Solving, Automotive Standards, Project Management, Financial Planning, Manufacturing Process
- English advance required.
