Operations Supervisor
Objective
Manage the available resources of the area and support the team leader and auxiliar to achieve the objectives as develop and execute improvement projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Close findings HSE
- Manage KPI´s and present it in the operations meetings
- Tagging revisions and capture of incidences
- Implementation and follow up of improvement projects
- Develop action plans
- Manage of CPK
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering).
- 1 year of experience in personal management
- Spanish native
- English Desirable
- People Management
- Problem Solving
- Hazard Recognition & Control
- Quality Management System
