PC&L Intern 3&4

 

Objective

Provide support to the PC&L (Production Control & Logistics) area through the analysis and monitoring of operational information, contributing to the proper alignment between customer demand, production planning, and inventory management.

Participate in the execution of control and reporting activities, facilitating team decision-making with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The candidate will develop skills in key processes such as demand planning, production control, shipment tracking, and inventory monitoring, while supporting the identification of risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Support demand planning activities by updating and analyzing customer requirements.
  • Monitor the production plan, identifying deviations versus schedule and escalating risks in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and update information related to inventory levels.
  • Support shipment tracking and customer delivery performance, ensuring alignment with committed delivery dates.
  • Participate in the analysis of volume fluctuations and their impact on capacity and material requirements.
  • Prepare and update operational reports and area KPIs (delivery performance, backlog, MPW, inventory levels, etc.).

 

Position Requirements

  • Active student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Previous experience is not required (internships or academic projects related to logistics or supply chain are a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, pivot tables). And Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical thinking and attention to detail, Proactive attitude and willingness to learn, Teamwork and effective communication skills, Problem-solving mindset.
