PC&L Specialist HPDC
Objective
Ensure the continuity and operational efficiency of the supply chain and production processes through proactive analysis of demand, capacity, and inventory, as well as monitoring compliance with production schedules and deliveries. Ensure the satisfaction of strategic customers by meeting their shipping, packaging, and performance metric requirements, anticipating risks, and coordinating recovery plans. Contribute to PC&L Central objectives through the timely execution of standard reports and improvement projects, strengthening communication and effective customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct forward-looking analysis of demand, capacity, inventory, customer coverage, and constraints, using VSM and bottleneck analysis to anticipate operational risks.
- Monitor the machining schedule and compliance with the HPDC production plan, identifying and escalating deviations in a timely manner.
- Download and analyze customer requirements (EDI Releases), as well as monitor and ensure compliance clients' shipments.
- Coordinate and monitor clients requirements to ensure compliance with customer deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with each component of clients delivery rating, following up on deviations and required actions.
- Ensure the timely completion of standard activities and reports required by PC&L Central, as well as follow up on area improvement projects.
- Ensure effective customer service through participation in and follow-up on escalation meetings, delivery coordination, and timely communication of risks and recovery plans with clients.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related degree.
- Hard Skills: Experience in Supply Chain / PC&L within a manufacturing environment., Material and/or production planning, Inventory management and analysis, ERP/MRP systems, SAP preferred, Advanced Excel and data analysis, KPI monitoring and deviation resolution, Automotive industry experience preferred.
- Soft Skills: Ownership and follow-through until problem resolution. Proactivity and risk anticipation. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Sense of urgency and prioritization.
