Objective
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for corporate functions to optimize costs, mitigate risks, ensure compliance with purchasing policies, and create value through strategic negotiations and supplier management.
Main Responsibilities
- Participate in strategic sourcing initiatives for indirect categories and corporate services, developing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage RFQ, RFP, and RFI processes and supplier negotiations.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and optimize spending.
- Manage supplier relationships and develop continuous improvement plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Human Resources, Facilities, IT, Legal, Security, Engineering, and Operations.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and purchasing processes.
- Analyze market trends, supply risks, and commercial terms.
- Monitor purchasing KPIs, savings, contracts, and supplier compliance.
- Support internal and external audits related to purchasing processes.
- Lead and present sourcing projects and strategies to the Regional Purchasing Committee.
- Automate recurring purchases through framework agreements, catalogs, and purchasing tools.
- Negotiate, formalize, and administer commercial contracts.
