Process Expert HPDC

 

Objective:

 

Responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes to ensure the quality of aluminum block components (internal and external inspection), with the aim of guaranteeing compliance with established quality standards.

 

Main Responsabilities:

 

  • Manage subordinates with regard to their responsibility for each part number.
  • Track daily scrap for each part number and define immediate, containment, and systematic action
  • Attend the various weekly or daily meetings held by the multidisciplinary team (last mold shot, first mold shot, SPC, dimensional defects, internal quality, external quality, tracking of Axis assignments, tracking of Fast Response assignments, scorecards, mechanical properties, scrap review meeting, Fast Response, reverse AMEF)
  • Manage, modify, and update changes to manufacturing process procedures, visual aids, forms, and work orders.
  • Determine who is responsible for malfunctions in injection molding machines

 

Requirements:

 

  • English Proficient
  • Knowledge advanced in HPDC process.
  • Casting enviroments experience.
  • GD&T
