Process Sr Engineer

 

Objective

Operational Team that support and learn from prototype development, early creation of shop floor documentation, lessons learned implementation and ramp up of new production lines.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure Flawless Launches of new production lines to reach expected Performance (SQDCME) and increase customer satisfaction.
  • In charge of Top Focus Programs (Quality impact).
  • Ensure Internal and External Quality
  • Manage Tooling Availability
  • Ensure compliance with the Quality System
  • Ensure continuous improvement in processes

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree. Mechanical, mechatronic, electronic, or electrical engineer, chemical engineer.
  • Advanced English.
  • Expertise in Metallurgical processes, Heat treatment furnaces, Mechanical properties, core blowing systems, sands,
  • Experience in automotive industry IATF, High expertise in problem-solving methodologies
