Program Management Intern
Objective
Supports the execution and coordination of automotive programs within a manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on exposure to program governance, cross-functional coordination, and customer-driven milestones in a global automotive supplier context.
Main Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day program management activities for ongoing and new HPDC programs.
- Track program milestones, action items, and deliverables across engineering, operations, quality, tooling, and supply chain.
- Assist in preparing program status reports, dashboards, and customer-facing updates.
- Support data collection and basic analysis related to timing, risks, open issues, and change management.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and follow up on assigned actions.
- Maintain structured documentation for programs (timelines, risk logs, meeting minutes, action trackers).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to program execution and internal coordination
Position Requirements
- Career in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
- Skills: Organization and attention to detail, Teamwork, Creativity, Responsible.
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
Basic analytical capability; comfortable working with data, tables, and timelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and interact with multiple functions.
Proactive attitude, learning mindset, and ownership of assigned tasks. - English advanced
