Program Management

 

Objective

Ensure the effective launch of new programs by following the NPDS methodology to guarantee compliance with key client dates, quality, and internal productivity, as well as to ensure the profitability of the program.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely delivery of parts according to the client's key dates.                                
  • Control the effective use of resources assigned as tooling accounts, ensuring their correct execution.                                                                                                                     
  • Ensure timely invoices of tooling accounts.                                                                   
  • Guarantee the profitability of the program according to the internal indicators established from the beginning.                                                                                                            
  • Coordinate activities with the Core Team to ensure indicators like quality, productivity, and safety.                                                                                                                        
  • Monitor the execution of NPDS deliverables on time and in accordance with the core team and extended core team.                                                                                      
  • Ensure compliance with the stages defined by the client at the start of the program.            
  • Coordinate internal activities for program delivery to the plant, meeting the previously established program objectives.                                                                                          
  • Prepare and regularly report the program status to different levels of the organization.                
  • Knowledge and management of project deliverables through official client portals with an active Covi Sint account.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in bachelor’s degree Industrial Engineer.
  • Knowledge: Quality, APQP, Problem Solving; Core tool, Problem Solving – Automotive industry – desirable.
  • Certifications: PMO - PMP
  • Language: Proficient English
