Objective
Support needed with the activities related to the deployment and implementation of global Ariba
EDI project related to suppliers' onboarding process; In order to support 2021 strategic initiative
of operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead generation of suppliers waves draft lists
- Coordinates the validation of suppliers' waves with category and regional EDI teams.
- Updates feedback and manages supplier wave list.
- Consolidates final supplier wave list and releases to Ariba team.
- Follow up sessions with Ariba team of enablement and onboarding
- Escalates and coordinates with purchasing team suppliers with issues.
- Attends sessions with suppliers to answer questions and clarify project scope.
Position Requirements
- Education required: college student
- Career: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related careers (5th to 8th
- semester).
- Software: MS Exce
- Behavioral skills: Discipline, Leadership, Proactivity.
- English advanced
