Objective

 

Support needed with the activities related to the deployment and implementation of global Ariba

EDI project related to suppliers' onboarding process; In order to support 2021 strategic initiative

of operational excellence.

 

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Lead generation of suppliers waves draft lists
  • Coordinates the validation of suppliers' waves with category and regional EDI teams.
  • Updates feedback and manages supplier wave list.
  • Consolidates final supplier wave list and releases to Ariba team.
  • Follow up sessions with Ariba team of enablement and onboarding
  • Escalates and coordinates with purchasing team suppliers with issues.
  • Attends sessions with suppliers to answer questions and clarify project scope.

 

Position Requirements

 

  • Education required: college student
  • Career: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related careers (5th to 8th
  • semester).
  • Software: MS Exce
  • Behavioral skills: Discipline, Leadership, Proactivity.
  • English advanced
