Quality Assurance Leader

 

Objective

Manage the quality assurance of the product according to the procedures and parameters established in each stage of the production processes to deliver to the customer products that meet the design specifications. Applying the procedures of the organization's quality system.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Reduce formal customer complaints.
  • Follow up the complaints indicator and encourage the participation of the natural group of the plant for the closure of corrective and systematic actions of the reported events.
  • Verify and Coordinate timely closure of customer complaints (QN, 8Ds)
  • Reduce external third-party charges.
  • Ensure compliance with the reaction plan in a timely manner in the processes achieving less time to contract external third parties

 

Position Requirements

  • English Advanced
  • Knowledge in IATF 16949 required.
  • GD&T.
  • Quality Management System & Automotive Standards.
