Quality Control Head

 

Objective

Ensure product quality across the entire production chain by driving defect prevention, standardization, and continuous improvement.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards across all production stages
  • Lead inspection, testing, and product release processes
  • Drive problem-solving activities (8D, 5W, etc.) and customer claim resolution
  • Monitor and report quality KPIs and drive corrective actions
  • Manage quality alerts, containment actions, and defect tracking
  • Support audits, PPAP, and customer requirements
  • Improve inspection processes, tools, and stations
  • Develop and coach quality team members

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or related)
  • 5+ years in quality/manufacturing roles
  • Strong knowledge of Core Tools, GD&T, manufacturing processes, and automotive standards
  • Experience in structured problem solving
  • Advanced English
  • Green Belt required (Black Belt preferred)
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict management skills
