Quality Control Head
Objective
Ensure product quality across the entire production chain by driving defect prevention, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with quality standards across all production stages
- Lead inspection, testing, and product release processes
- Drive problem-solving activities (8D, 5W, etc.) and customer claim resolution
- Monitor and report quality KPIs and drive corrective actions
- Manage quality alerts, containment actions, and defect tracking
- Support audits, PPAP, and customer requirements
- Improve inspection processes, tools, and stations
- Develop and coach quality team members
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or related)
- 5+ years in quality/manufacturing roles
- Strong knowledge of Core Tools, GD&T, manufacturing processes, and automotive standards
- Experience in structured problem solving
- Advanced English
- Green Belt required (Black Belt preferred)
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict management skills
