Quality Systems Engineer

 

Objective

 

Ensure the ongoing suitability of the Quality Management System by conducting internal and external audits and addressing the opportunities identified through them to improve the system’s effectiveness and efficiency, which is reflected in the satisfaction of internal and external customers.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

 

  • Experience using Customer Portal for Stellantis, Ford, GM, VW, and/or Audi.
  •  Ensure that the automotive industry's quality certifications are current and available to the organization
  • Communicate changes to the Specific Customer Requirements once they have been modified to bring the QMS and applicable documentation into compliance.
  • Work with Plant Management to schedule management reviews, as needed, to assess the performance of the QMS.
  • Programar en conjunto con RH el proceso de On boarding al SGC del personal administrativo nuevo y mobilidades internas para el conocimiento básico del su puesto de trabajo, en función del cumplimiento del SGC..

 

Position Requirements

 

  • English Advanced
  • Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical or a related field
  • At least 4 years in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of 8D, 5W3L, Ishikawa, 5W, process and product audits, Core Tools, Six Sigma, drawing interpretation, GD&T, and MSA.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Pivot Tables, and Power BI.
